Before joining Adequita, Ashleigh worked for NTT Ltd (previously Dimension Data), a global technology services provider focusing on digital transformation. Ashleigh worked in the data analytics team and was involved in the integration of Dimension Data and other entities, bringing together 32 brands to form NTT Ltd. Ashleigh’s key focus was on finance, corporate strategy and HR.  

Ashleigh received a B. Comm in Investment Management from the University of Stellenbosch and a B. Comm Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town. 

Ashleigh was born in Johannesburg and has lived in Cape Town, Hong Kong, and London.
