Before joining Adequita, Elea had experiences at Five Arrows Principal Investments (Rothschild and Co’s investment arm) and IK Capital Partners. She worked on several small to mid-size LBO transactions in a variety of sectors including Software & Tech, Healthcare, and Business Services.

Elea received a Master’s in Management (Grande Ecole) from ESSEC Business School with a major in Corporate Finance, and a BA in European, Social and Political Studies (Economics Major) from University College London.

Elea was born in Paris, raised in London, and has lived in Madrid, Milan and Qingdao.
