Josep-Anton is an international business executive with an extensive strategic & operational track record and with over 25 years of board experience in the Hospitality and Travel & Leisure industries.

Prior to joining Adequita, Josep-Anton acted as COO for Catalonia Hotel & Resorts, with over 10,000 rooms & 65 hotels under management in Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean, where he specialized in the development of regional market strategies to drive efficiency, sales & margin growth, customer satisfaction and long term client & supplier relationships.

Prior to this, Josep-Anton led Tui Group, the largest leisure, travel and tourism company in the world, first in Spain as Country Managing Director, and then as Mediterranean Region Managing Director.

He has been a Member of the Advisory Board at TSI Turisme Sant Ignasi (Ramon Llull University) and is one of the founding members at Aula Internacional de Innovacion Turistica at ESADE. Josep-Anton has served as Advisor for the Strategic Tourism Plan to the City of Barcelona.

Josep-Anton holds a PDG from IESE Business School and an MBA and BBA from ESADE.
