Josep joined Adequita in 2024 as a Principal, focusing on sourcing, executing, and managing investments across their lifecycle. Since 2015, he has advised Adequita and its portfolio companies, driving business development and value creation efforts. He also serves on the boards of ADVentures Partners I & II (since 2020) and NxN Data Centers (since 2022).

Before Adequita, Josep spent a decade in private equity and investment banking, specializing in industrials and infrastructure. During his seven years at Barclays, he worked on advisory mandates exceeding $50 billion in transaction value.

Beyond his professional roles, Josep is a student leader with the Global Economic Awareness Project (GEA Project), teaching business and economics to underprivileged students.

Josep graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University with a BSBA in Financial Options and Risk Management.
