In addition to acting as board member in both ADVentures Partners I and ADVentures Partners II since 2020, Josep is currently a Principal at Altero Capital Partners, a financial advisor and principal investment firm based in London.
In 2015, at the inception of his career in finance, Josep joined Barclays Capital where he would spend 6 years between Capital Markets (3 years across DCM, ECM, Equity Syndicate) and the Industrials and Infrastructure group (3 years). During his time at Barclays, Josep participated in advisory mandates with an aggregated transaction value in excess of $50 billion.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Josep is a student leader with the Global Economic Awareness Project (GEA Project), teaching business and economics fundamentals to students from underprivileged backgrounds.
Josep graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University (Boston) in 2015 obtaining a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialisation in Financial Options and Risk Management and a minor in Economics.
