Our ADVentures Partner, Oleg Soloshchanskiy is a real estate developer and investor with over 40 years of experience delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects and leading urban planning across several European markets. He currently leads Soloway Group, a family office focused on real estate and private equity investments across Europe and North America.

Over his career, Oleg has held senior leadership roles at Inteco, one of the most prominent real estate and construction companies in Russia and Eastern Europe, overseeing landmark residential and commercial developments and helping scale a multi-million-square-metre project pipeline as President-CEO.

Oleg is a civil engineer by training and a graduate of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
