Scott has over 30 years’ experience in corporate finance/M&A and strategic advisory for a range of clients including sovereign governments, multinational corporations and family offices.

Scott was in the International Capital Markets group at Morgan Stanley in New York, advising some of the largest asset management institutions and central banks in the world on global asset allocation, currency hedging and other areas. He also worked closely with Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management group worldwide in identifying outperforming international investment strategies for its clients.

Scott was a founding board member of Cambridge Quantum Computing. After merging with Honeywell Quantum Solutions in December 2021, the newly merged company Quantinuum is now the largest quantum computing company in the world, with over 450 scientists in eight sites globally.

Enterprise applications include quantum chemistry for accelerated drug discovery, advanced materials discovery, quantum machine learning and quantum augmented cybersecurity, and now combining the most powerful elements of AI and Quantum Computing (Gen QAI).

He has a Doctorate in Law and MBA with distinction from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
