Vlad, who joined Adequita in 2018, is focused on the management, fundraising and execution of portfolio investments in the renewable energy and hospitality sectors, coupled with providing support to the team in various corporate finance projects. Vlad advises board members of Alder Renewables and UMusic Hotels.

Before joining Adequita, Vlad worked as a Business Excellence Analyst for Siemens Healthineers, a €60bn global medtech company. Vlad led data analytics for the Sales & Operations team of the Point-of-Care division and worked on the implementation of a new corporate strategy and pricing governance following the multibillion acquisition of Epocal in 2017. 

Vlad received a B.S. in Business Administration and Management, concentrating in Marketing and Strategy & Innovation, from Boston University.

Vlad was born in St. Petersburg, raised in New York, Milan, and Moscow.
