Before joining Adequita, Vlad worked as a Business Excellence Analyst for Siemens Healthineers, a €60bn global medtech company. Vlad lead data analytics for the Sales & Operations team of the Point-of-Care division and worked on the implementation of a new corporate strategy and pricing governance following the multi-billion acquisition of Epocal in 2017. 

Vlad received a B.S. in Business Administration and Management, concentrating in Marketing and Strategy & Innovation, from Boston University.

Vlad was born in St. Petersburg, raised in New York, Milan, and Moscow.
