The infrastructure will provide computer security and data storage services to an American audiovisual multinational and plans to create 1,200 jobs in the construction phase.

Valencian capital technology company Nethits Telecom has partnered with British funds and investment managers Adequita Capital and ADVentures Partners to build a data center in Valencia with a planned investment of 241 million euros. The infrastructure could be completed by 2025 and contemplates the creation of 1,200 jobs (200 direct and 1,000 indirect jobs) during the building phase and subsequent management.

Nethits Telecom Group divests its two companies – Hits and Netllar – in favour of Grupo MásMóvil.

Netllar – the fixed, mobile and internet telephony company of Nethits Telecom Group – has been bought by the fourth largest telecommunications operator in Spain after Telefónica, Vodafone and Orange, together with the virtual mobile operator Hits. The transaction price paid by MasMovil equalled to 14.8 million euros. Amongst other contributions, the acquisition results in the transfer of over 100,000 customers to the buyer.

VozTelecom acquires Nethits' data management centre

The cloud communications operator VozTelecom has finalised the acquisition of Nethits Telecom Solutions, a subsidiary of Nethits Telecom Group, specialising in IT solutions and cloud communication services for SMEs in the Andalusia region. 

The transaction includes a data management centre in Isla de la Cartuja (Seville) used to service turnkey projects and infrastructure operations for contact centre customers that provide business process outsourcing (BPO) services.

The purchase price equals to 2.2 million euros. With this acquisition, VozTelecom increases its commercial activity in Andalusia – one of the regions in Spain with most growth potential for them given predominant emphasis on Madrid and Catalonia.
